Feed Your Mind: An Identity Exploration + Value Setting Session

In order to be the best version of ourselves, we have to establish how we want to show up authentically in the world.

Our values go to the very core of our being. Of our identity. These deeply held personal beliefs that represent our passions and purpose are our foundation and moral compass — yet we spend a good portion of our lives checking societal boxes that supposedly guarantee success and happiness ultimately leading to unfulfillment, anxiety, and even depression. Identifying our core values allows us to go inward and claim what is important and true for us. Our exploration and discovery of our personal core values are an exploration and discovery of self which can in time lead to better mental well-being.

Aimed at facilitating inner dialogue and the sharing of resources and experiences to promote self-awareness and discovery, Feed Your Mind brought to you by Kno. Media will be an interactive digital workshop led by LPC Associate Lea Lester to help participants explore and identify their core values so they may begin to use them as their guiding principles for setting goals, making difficult decisions, and daily actions.

Core themes to be explored through thought exercise, journaling prompts and enriching conversation include: Expanding Beyond Societal Limitations, Conscious and Subconscious Healing, Intersectional Identity, and more.

Lasting Impact of Attending:

Beyond the digital workshop, here's the lasting impact this session will provide for you.
